Here is the Application to become a Ghost, either permanent or for a period of time.

Form:

Full Name; (Formal name)
Call-Name; (Name they were known as)
Color and Breed; (pretty simple, right?)
Herd during Life; (Herds they lived in)
Age of Death; (Age they were at when they died)
Reason for Death; (Why/How they died)
Reason to become a Ghost; (Why do they need to be a Ghost?)
Photo; (optional)
Other; (you may put other stuff here, or request a time frame as a ghost)
Time Frame; (Decided by STAFF)
